The session will be delivered by Irina Brouwer, the founder of byDesign and QuarterLife. Irina is not new to change. She has grown up between countries, followed her spouse and moved around, worked across continents and twice had to restart her life from scratch. She has spent 15 years of career reinventing things: working in teams that broke into new markets, redefining corporate strategy and facilitating innovation, designing and launching innovation programs and labs, innovation studios and campuses. Now, she applies the knowledge and the experience she collected to redefine the way people reinvent themselves.

It is going to be an inspirational and very practical hour, we will discuss how to turn the new place into life that you’ve always wanted.
We will experience how the designer’s mindset, the process and the tools of design thinking, the power of the network can help you change, find your own way and make it happen.
Some of you will undoubtedly already walk-away with new decisions and support networks.
