Fionna is Co-Founder and CEO at Recruitsos, a recruiting automation software company (Rockstart FEMTEQ, Venture Lab, and d-LAB ’18). Before starting Recruitsos, Fionna began her career by carving her own path in B2B sales. Ultimately, she worked her way up the corporate ladder at Toshiba, a Fortune 500 company, to pioneer and start their first ever national, and subsequently international, sales training and on-boarding program.
This program — initially a pilot within the company — took shape over the course of five years (and is still ongoing), during Fionna’s leadership, and has become one of the top-rated corporate training programs in its industry. While it began in the United States, it has since been rolled out across Mexico, Canada, and other countries in Latin America.
With Recruitsos, Fionna and her co-founders built a B2B SaaS software product from the ground up, while gaining increased interest from the global tech community and generating revenues that have them poised to lay the foundation for their official seed round (Recruitsos received an angel investment and formally launched in January, 2019). Fionna has spoken in front of audiences in countries around the world, including: The Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Mexico, and The United States of America.
