In this podcast, Christina Moreno is the Founder/CEO of She Matters is a social enterprise recruitment agency for refugee and migrant women. Christina’s mission is to change the perception of people in regards to refugees women in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 She has a couple of projects like the Lotus program. The aim of the programme is to provide our trainees with the knowledge, skills, network and emotional support to successfully enter and thrive in the labour market.
For 12 weeks, a group of 8-10 women attend their traineeships (part-time), while also attending a weekly workshop at our office where they learn additional hard and soft skills, ICT skills, how to manage their finances using the Dutch banking system, cultural norms in the workplace.
