Sebastiaan Lumanauw declined a corporate job at an established company in Amsterdam to follow his heart and help his best friend at Solid Water.

A start-up that makes crystallized water invented by his friend’s deceased father in the 80s, who had the vision to turn any desert into an oasis by planting the crystallized water beads into the soil which can help plants grow faster and sustain water longer hence the name Solid Water.

Sebastiaan has a degree in Japanese language and culture talks about his struggle with being easily distracted since being an independent entrepreneur mean being your own boss and that can be tricky.

He talks about the toughness of the consumer market and their struggle to keep the company afloat and how to enter the right market for their product.
